锆渣的微观特性及应用研究进展

摘要 氧氯化锆是一种重要的基础锆化合物产品,可作为多种锆化合物及金属锆产品的生产原料,对整个行业的发展非常重要,但其生产过程中产生大量的废渣-锆渣,虽然近年来关于锆渣的综合利用技术有了相关的研究,但应用效果仍离国家和社会要求有很大的距离。充分利用锆渣中的非晶态二氧化硅,开展清洁生产是行业发展趋势和企业的最终选择。 Being a kind of important and basic zirconium compound product, zirconium oxychloride can act as a raw material for many kinds of zirconium compounds as well as metal zirconium products. Therefore, it has significant impact on the development of the whole trade. In its course of production, there brings out a mass of zirconium residue, one kind of industrial residue. Although some study has been made on its comprehensive utilization of the zirconium residue in recent years, the application effect still cannot come up to the national and social requirements. How to use full of the high-reactivity silica which is submicron-size in the zirconium residue, and launching clean production should be the trend of development and the final choice of any an enterprise.
