摘要
目的:总结药物监测在药学服务的应用经验,更好地为患者和临床治疗提供服务。方法:采取回顾分析方法,对2004—2010年在兰州军区兰州总医院进行监测的4 803例患者的基本情况及监测结果进行分析。结果:通过对患者进行相应药物浓度监测,结合个体化用药咨询讲解,提高了患者的依从性,有效的控制了病情,提高了患者生活质量。结论:药物监测是药学服务的重要组成部分,真正做到个体化用药,将有利地指导合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To summarize the experiences of drug monitoring in pharmaceutical care so for benefits of both patients and clinical treatment.METHODS： The basic information and the monitoring results of 4 803 cases in Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Command from 2004 to 2010 were analyzed in this retrospective study.RESULTS： Drug concentration monitoring plus consultation service in individualized medication contributed to the improvement in patients＇ compliance,effective control of patients＇ condition and improvement of patients＇ quality of life.CONCLUSION： Drug concentration monitoring is an important component of pharmaceutical care and the realization of individualized medication is conducive to rational drug use.
