钛白粉与空心塑性颜料对涂布纸纸性的影响

Titanium Dioxide and Hollow Plastic Pigment Impact on the Performance of Coated Paper

摘要 以空心塑性颜料与钛白粉作为功能性颜料,通过配比,以颜料总的固含量占5%加入到涂料中。通过对涂布纸的白度、平滑度和光泽度的测定,研究了这两种功能性颜料对涂布纸纸张性能的影响。研究发现:当空心塑性颜料的加入量大于钛白粉时,涂布纸的白度和光泽度明显具有优势随着空心塑性颜料的加入量减少,钛白粉的加入量增多,涂布纸的白度与光泽度随之下降。涂布纸的平滑度虽然没有递增或递减的趋势,但当空心塑性颜料为3%,钛白粉为2%时。 Elect hollow plastic pigment and Titanium Dioxide as the functional pigment. Proportion those two pigments and add them to the paint as the total of five percent of pigment' s solid content. Via measurement of brightness, smoothness and gloss of coated paper, I research those two pigments impacting on the performance of coated paper. The results show that when the addition of the hollow plastic pigment is larger than that of titanium dioxide, the brightness and gloss of coated paper will be the advantage. With the addition of hollow plastic pigment decline and the addition of titanium dioxide increase, the brightness and gloss of coated paper was decline. Though the smoothness of coated paper does not have increasing or declining trend, the coated paper has the max smoothness as the three percent of hollow plastic pigment and two percent of titanium dioxide from the experiments.
