摘要
本文以清洗螺杆式空气压缩机为例,利用物理X射线衍射装置对其垢样进行定性、定量分析,依据数值分析结果,配置相应的清洗药剂,确立最佳现场清洗方案。解决了因垢样化学分析不精确而造成的过洗或清洗不彻底等现象。
This screw air compressor is took as the case for cleaning in this paper, qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed for its physical scale by X-ray diffraction device. Based on obtained numerical results, the appropriate cleaning agents was configure and the best solution for scence cleaning was established. Thus the problems of over-wash or incomplete wash caused by inaccurate chemical analysis were solved well.
