摘要
目的分析深圳市南山区职业卫生工作现状,讨论存在的相关问题及对策,为政府完善职业卫生工作提供依据。方法结合深圳市南山区职业卫生工作实际,对该区2010年度职业卫生监督工作总结资料进行分析。结果截至2010年底,该区存在职业病危害因素的企业共2 466间,接触职业病危害因素的员工有59 548人,企业职业病危害因素累计申报率、员工职业健康年度检查率分别为35.6%、11.3%,监测超标率为42.8%。讨论应进一步加大政府投入,提高防护意识,强化企业自律,坚持"预防为先",全面做好职业卫生工作,可有效帮助经济社会实现和谐、稳定、快速发展。
Objective To provide evidence for the government to perfect the occupational hygiene,this study analyzed the occupational health situation of Nanshan District in Shenzhen,and discussed the related problems and countermeasures.Methods Relying on the reality about the occupational health work in Nanshan District,we analyzed the data about the occupational health supervision work in 2010.Results By the end of 2010,there were 2 466 enterprises having occupational hazards and 59 548 employees who exposed to the risk factors of occupational hazards,while the cumulative report rate is 35.6%,the annual rate of employee health examination is 11.3%,the fail rate is 42.8%.Discussion It should increase the government investment,enhance the protective consciousness and strengthen the enterprise self-discipline.Prevention is the first and should be persisted for occupational health work.
