摘要
国电宝鸡第二发电厂2×660MW超临界扩建工程5号机组是上海锅炉厂首台配置高位墙式燃尽风的四角切圆锅炉,该锅炉配置单层常规DLZ-200型等离子,以该工程实际操作为例,通过分析该机组在锅炉点火、带负荷等试运过程中实现无油启动、零耗油升负荷的主要危险源和难点,提出了有针对性的解决措施。
In the supercritical expansion project of Guodian Baoji Second Power Plant which has the installed capacity of 2×660 MW, the No.5 units are equipped first the tangentially fired boiler with the high wall burn made in Shanghai boiler factory, and configured with the single-layer routine DLZ-200-type plasma. In the process of boiler ignition, carrying out on-line, by analyzing the main hazard and difficulty of realizing oil-free Ignition and increasing load with zero fuel consumption, according to the example of the practice in the project, the targeted measures are proposed.
