摘要
上海市中环线虹梅路立交节点钢箱梁吊装施工场地空间狭小,介绍了主线大跨径超宽钢箱梁及小半径曲线箱梁的无支架安装施工方案。通过对整体钢箱梁的合理划分、拼装平台及机械的选择、以及高空拼装技术和架桥机工艺、利用临时体系转换等的具体介绍,提供了一种利用现状老桥进行高空无支架搭设的施工技术。
With the background of Hongmei Viaduct node of Shanghai Middle Ring with narrow & small steel box girder hoisting construction plant,non-scaffolding assembling construction plans of main line large span ultra wide steel box girder and small radial curved box girder are introduced.A high-altitude non-scaffolding construction technique by use of existing bridge is proposed through a detailed introduction of rational division of the whole steel box girder,the choice of assembly platform and mechanism,the high-altitude assembly & bridge girder erection machine techniques and temporary system transformation,etc.
