摘要
目的:探讨全肺切除术患者的护理对策,降低术后并发症,促进术后患者康复。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年06月至2011年08月l8例全肺切除术患者临床资料。结果:经术前心理指导及术前准备,术后注意严密监测生命体征,保持呼吸道通畅,加强胸腔引流,严格控制输液量及速度,观察并防治并发症等精心护理21例全肺切除患者术后顺利康复,无并发症发生。结论:对全肺切除术后患者实施正确的围手术期护理方法,可以有效减少术后并发症,降低病死率。
Objective：To investigate the pneumonectomy patient care strategies to reduce postoperative complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital in June 2008 August 2011 l 8 patients with complete clinical data of patients undergoing lung resection.Results：The preoperative psychological guidance and preoperative preparation and postoperative attention to close monitoring of vital signs,keep the airway open and strengthen the chest drainage,strict control of fluid volume and speed,to observe and prevent complications such as intensive care,21 cases of patients undergoing pneumonectomy After successful rehabilitation,with no complications.Conclusion：The full implementation of the right lung resection in patients with perioperative nursing,can effectively reduce postoperative complications and reduce mortality.
