摘要
目的观察诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthasesi,NOS)在大鼠正畸牙移动牙周膜中的表达分布,探讨iNOS在正畸牙牙周组织改建中的意义。方法通过正畸力牵引大鼠左上颌第一磨牙近中移动,建立大鼠正畸牙移动模型。随机分为9组,每组5只,分别为:实验加力0 h、3 h、6 h、12 h2、4 h和3 d5、d7、d1、4 d。大鼠右上颌第一磨牙不加力设为自身对照组。制备大鼠正畸牙移动不同时间牙周组织切片,免疫组化方法检测iNOS表达分布。结果对照组有少量iNOS表达,实验组压力区iNOS阳性表达大于张力区,且随牙齿移动时间不同表达分布发生变化。3 d时iNOS即开始表达增强,7 d时iNOS阳性表达达到最高峰值1,4 d时iNOS表达值开始减少。结论 iNOS参与正畸牙移动牙周组织改建。
Objective To observe the distribution and the changes of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in rat′s periodontal ligament during orthodontic tooth movement and to evaluate the role of iNOS in orthodontic periodontal tissue remodeling.Methods 45 male SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups.Orthodontic appliance was placed between the upper left first molar and the upper incisors of the rats.Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were performed at 0h,3h,6h,12h,24h and on the 3d,5d,7d,14d after orthodontic force application.Right upper first molar in rats were set as the control group without force.Results iNOS was weakly positive in normal periodontium.The expression of iNOS increased after 3d,reached the maximum on the 7d and as decreased on the 14d.Conclusions iNOS participates in orthodontic periodontal tissue remodeling during tooth movement.
