摘要
项目成本管理是一个复杂的系统工程,是一个动态管理过程。项目管理过程中时刻都应重视成本管理,以便企业获得更大经济效益,在竞争中立于不败之地。施工项目管理的目标是实现生产出合格工程产品和使企业获得良好的综合效益,同时施行成本控制,施工项目管理与项目成本控制是相辅相成的,只有加强施工项目管理,才能控制项目成本;也只有达到项目成本控制的目的,加强施工项目管理才有意义。
The project cost management is a complicated systematic project,is a dynamic management process.Project time management process should focus on cost management,greater economic benefits for enterprises,in an invincible position in the competition.Construction project management goal is to achieve production of qualified engineering products and enable enterprises to get a good overall efficiency,while the implementation of cost control,construction project management and project cost control are complementary,and only strengthen the construction project management,in order to control project costs;only to project cost control purposes,it makes sense to strengthen the construction project management.
