摘要
目的:观察推拿温针配合肩关节腔注射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择自2009年1月～2010年12月在我科治疗的62例肩周炎患者,给予推拿温针配合肩关节腔注射治疗。结果:治愈50例,占80.6%;显效8例,占12.9%;有效3例,4.8%;无效1例,占1.7%,总有效率为98.3%。结论:推拿温针配合肩关节腔注射治疗肩周炎,疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of frozen shoulder with massage Wenzhen plus injection of the shoulder joint.Methods：To select the 62 cases of patients with frozen shoulder treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010,treated them with massage Wenzhen plus injection of the shoulder joint.Result：50 cases were cured,account for 80.6%;8 cases were markedly effective,account for 12.9%;3 cases were effective,account for 4.8%;one case was invalid,account for 1.7%,the total effective rate was 98.3%.Conclusion：The effect of frozen shoulder with massage Wenzhen plus injection of the shoulder joint was exact.
