摘要
目的:观察温针灸加刺络放血治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:92例病例先采用温针灸治疗,再采用刺络放血治疗。10天为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治愈83例,占90.2%,其中1个疗程治愈68例。好转7例,占7.6%。无效2例,占2.2%。总有效率为97.8%。结论:温针灸加刺络放血治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating knee traumatic synovitis by warm acupuncture plus Ciluo Fangxue.Methods：92 cases of patients wered treated with warm acupuncture,then treated them with Ciluo Fangxue.10 days as a course,evaluated effects after two courses.Results：cured for 83 cases,the rate was 90.2%,in which cured for 68 cases after a course.Improved for 7 cases,the rate was 7.6%.Invalid for 2 cases,the rate was 2.2%.The total effective rate was 97.8%.Conclusion：The effect of treating knee traumatic synovitis by warm acupuncture plus Ciluo Fangxue is obvious,could widely using in clinical.
