摘要
本文探讨了基于无线网络的PLC控制及变频技术的小型选矿厂供水系统的控制方法。该控制方法在节能方面效果显著,在季节变换时能确保水位稳定,可靠供水方面效果尤为显著。其方法是根据选矿厂用水量,自动调节不同地点的某台水泵的起停及转速,使该选矿厂供水系统实现一种智能化变频调速恒压供水系统。使工作储水池水位保持恒定。克服了选矿厂原供水系统,供水水位不稳定、耗电量大、可靠性差、劳动强度大的缺点。水位稳定度达到98%以上,节约电能22%。
Controlling methods for water supply system of PLC concentrating mill base on wireless network are discussed.This controlling method works well on the facet of energy conservation.It can ensure the stabilization of water level at the change of season,especially on the facet of dependable water supply.This process autocontrol water pump in different place on the basis of water consumption of concentrating mill,which realizes intelligent automatic control for water supply system of the concentrating mill.It overcomes all the shortcomings of large power consumption,low intelligent and badly reliability.The stability of water level reached 98% and saved electric energy 22%.
