摘要
[方法]主要研究了丙酮、无水乙醇、二甲基亚砜3种有机溶剂及其与缓冲溶液不同比例混配对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性抑制的影响。[结果]3种有机溶剂对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制率为二甲基亚砜>丙酮>无水乙醇;并借助专业软件ChemOffice对实验结果进行了机理分析。[结论]可为农药残留检测提供理论支撑。
[Methods] The inhibitory effects of acetone, ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide and their mixture with buffer solution on AChE activity were researched. [Results] The results demonstrated the inhibition effects of organic solvents on AChE activity: dimethyl sulfoxide〉acetone〉ethanol. And the mechanism analyses of the results were also implemented using the software ChemOffice. [Conclusions] The obtained results could provide theoretical basis for the prediction and evaluation to pesticides residues detection.
