摘要
目的探讨生马铃薯片外敷预防使用留置针导致的静脉炎的效果。方法将120例使用留置针进行静脉输液的患儿分成实验组和对照组。实验组患儿在输液的同时即采取预防措施：新鲜马铃薯洗净后切成薄片,直接湿敷于针眼上方5 mm处,每1-2 h更换一次,直至输液结束后0.5-1 h。对照组患儿不做干预。观察两组静脉炎的发生率及发生时间。结果实验组静脉炎的发生率为45%,发生时间平均3.5 d,与对照组发生率（80%）及发生时间（平均2.3 d）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论生马铃薯片外敷预防使用留置针导致的静脉炎效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of raw potato slices on the prevention of phlebitis caused by catheter.Methods 120 patients with intravenous fluids were divided into the study group and the control group.Children in the study group were treated by preventive measures during the infusion,by external application of raw potato slices on 5 mm directly above the eye of a needle,which were replaced every 1 to 2 hours until 0.5 to 1 hour after infusion.Children in the control group received no preventive treatments.The incidence of phlebitis was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the study group was 45%,occurred in 3.5 days on average,while that in the control group was 80%,occurred in 2.3 days on average.Statistically significant difference were found between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion External application of raw potato slices is quite effective for preventing phlebitis caused by catheter.
