摘要
目的:提高车辆驾驶员医用PSA制氧机在高原地区的适应性、可靠性寻求依据。方法:利用高原人工(低气压)环境PSA制氧系统性能模拟试验台,模拟试验研究了医用PSA制氧机在不同海拔高度、不同氧流量、不同温度和不同氧体积分数滞后时间等与氧体积分数的相互关系及影响,并模拟对比试验了与青藏线5个典型地域不同海拔高度实地自然环境条件下制氧体积分数和进气增压前后制氧性能变化规律。结果:随海拔升高,大气压力下降,分子筛PSA制氧系统供气压力增大时出口氧体积分数值增大,反之减小。同时随氧流量的增加对PSA制氧体积分数下降比较明显。结论:氧体积分数模拟与实地对比对PSA制氧系统的影响及变化规律基本一致。
Objective To raise the adaptability of oxygen machine system on the plateau in search of the important technique data.Methods The research was made with the use of the plateau artificial(low atmospheric pressure) environment PSA oxygen system to imitate experiment.The connection and the influence with the relationship of oxygen concentration were studied making the medical PSA oxygen machine in different altitude,different oxygen flow rate,different temperature and lag time with different oxygen concentrations.And simulation test was also done to find out the properties of oxygen concentration and oxygen properties before and after inlet pressure on the 5 typical regions of different altitudes field on the Qinghai-Tibet line.Results With the elevation heating up,the atmospheric pressure descended,PSA system oxygen system exported the oxygen density value aggrandizement while being provided for barometric dint to enlarge,whereas let up.At the same time,the PSA system oxygen density descended obviously with the increment of the oxygen discharge.Conclusion The oxygen density simulation is in consistence with the road test on the influence of PSA system oxygen system.
