车速变化对钢轨磨损影响的数值计算与实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 用数值计算方法分析静态接触情况下,轮轨接触质点间蠕滑力、黏滑区的分布随横移量和摇头角变化速率的变化,利用模拟试验研究有制动力作用下车速对钢轨试样磨损特性的影响。结果表明:有制动力影响时钢轨磨损量随车速的增大呈非线性减小,在车速小于160 km/h时,钢轨磨损量随车速增加急剧减小,但是当车速超过200 km/h之后,磨损量随车速的增大而下降的趋势相对比较平缓;随着摇头角变化速率和横移量变化速率的增大,轮轨接触斑中最大滑动量逐渐减小,滑移区的面积减小,而黏着区的面积增大。 The creepage forces, stick/slip areas of contact particles of wheel/rail in static condition were analyzed by means of numerical methods. Under the motorization, the effect of speed on rolling wear behavior Of rail was investigated using simulation experiment, the results of numerical analysis and experiment indicate that with the increase of vehicle speed, the wear volume of rail decreases unlinear, especially when the vehicle speed is less than 160 km/h, the rail wear reduces remarkablely with increasing vehicle speed, the rail wear variation becomes flatly and weakly in the condition of speed is more than 200 km/h. With the increasing rate of traverse and yaw angle, the most slippage increases gradually, and the stick areas decrease while the slip areas increase.
