摘要
研究的基于线阵CCD的玻璃缺陷在线自动的检测系统,以高速线阵CCD采集双CCFL冷阴极管透射玻璃带的光强信号,分析了典型缺陷的信号特征,给出了系统检测分辨率的确定方法,采用双DMA的数据传输方式和三值化处理方法,丢弃无缺陷的数据,仅保存缺陷数据的幅值和坐标。实验结果表明:系统检测分辨率为0.1 mm,缺陷类型识别率为99%。
The automatic online defect inspection system for glass based on linear array CCD is investigated. High-speed linear array CCD is used to collect light intensity signals from the glass ribbon under irradiation by Dual CCFL. Characteristic signals of typical defects are analyzed, and method of determined system detection resolution is given. The mode of data transmission is based on double-DMA and data are processed by ternaryzation. Only the amplitude and coordinate of defect data are stored and others are discarded. The experiment results are shown that the system detection resolution is 0.1 mm and recognizable rate of defect style is 99 %.
