摘要
目的探讨健康教育对改善经阴道手术患者心理状态的作用。方法 200例需行经阴道手术的患者随机分为教育组100例和对照组100例,对照组给予常规护理,教育组在此基础上进行经阴道手术相关知识的教育。结果两组入院时心理状态评分均偏低且无显著差异(P>0.05),术前及术后教育组心理状态评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教育组护理质量评分及满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论通过健康教育能提高患者对妇科经阴道手术的认知度和信息,积极配合护理和治疗,拉近护患距离,建立良好的护患关系,提高对护理质量的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education to improve the vaginal surgical patients the role of psychological state. Methods All 200 cases randomly divide into education group 100 cases and control group 100 cases, control group was nursed by conventional method, education group added health education. Results The psychological state scores of two group were lower when were hospitalized, but had not significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ), the psychological state scores before and after operation of education group were higher than control group, had significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ), the nursing quality score and degree of satisfaction of education group observably higher than control group ( P ~ 0.05 ), two groups hospital stays times had not significant difference ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Through the health education can improve the patients on gynecologic vagina operation awareness and information, cooperate with the care and treatment, close the distance with nurse and patients, improve the quality of care satisfaction.
