摘要
以资源化为目的,将城市污泥与玉米秸秆共热解,研究了热解条件和配比对固体产物吸附性能的影响.以徐州污水处理厂脱水污泥为原料,通过加入不同含量(0~70%)的玉米秸秆,在不同的温度下共热解制备出了含碳吸附剂.结果表明:在400~600℃范围内,吸附剂碘值随热解温度升高而下降,700℃时的碘值又明显升高;吸附剂的碘值随秸秆比例的增大而提高,而比表面积随热解温度和秸秆量提高而增大,最高达150 m2/g.吸附剂的孔径分布较宽,以中孔为主,微孔所占比例较小.总孔容随热解温度的升高而增大,随秸秆量增大而下降,但微孔比例上升.共热解法制备的吸附剂的碘值和比表面积与化学法制备的污泥吸附剂相当.
The sewage sludge and corn straw were co-pyrolysized for utilization of sewage sludge.The effects of co-pyrolysis conditions and the ratio of sewage sludge to corn straw on adsorption capacity of the residue were reseached.Taking the dewatered sewage sludge from Xuzhou Waste Water Treatment Plant as the raw material,carbon adsorbents were prepared by co-pyrolysis with corn straw in different ratios of 0-70% at different temperatures.The results show that the iodine number of the carbon adsorbents decreased with the increasing of pyrolysis temperature within 400~600 ℃ and increased obviously at 700 ℃.Also the iodine number increased with the increasing of corn straw content.The specific surface area of the adsorbents increased with the increasing of pyrolysis temperature and corn straw content,and the highest SBET of the adsorbent reached 150 m2/g.The carbon adsorbents have a wide pore structure distribution.The medium pore predominate the total pore volume and the micropore account for a small proportion.The total pore volume increased with the increasing of pyrolysis temperature and decreased with the increasing of corn straw content,and the proportion of micoropore volume also increased.The iodine number and specific surface area of the carbon adsorbents by co-pyrolysis are equivalent to those by chemical activation.
