摘要
通过对6根不同再生混凝土取代率的钢骨再生混凝土进行轴压试验,研究了钢骨再生混凝土短柱在轴心压力下的宏观变形特征、轴力-应变关系、破坏模式和破坏机理,并与钢骨普通混凝土的轴压性能进行了比较。研究表明:取代率是影响钢骨再生混凝土柱承载力的主要因素,在相同条件下,取代率越大,试件的承载力越低,破坏越严重。根据试验研究和理论分析,在原有钢骨混凝土计算公式的基础之上,考虑折减系数(0.9、0.85)后计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Based on axial compressive tests of 6 different replacement rate steel reinforced recycled concrete short columns,macroscopic characters of deformation,force-longitudinal strain curves,failure modes and failure mechanism were studied in this paper.The test results demonstrated that the replacement percentage of recycled concrete is an important factor to the mechanical properties of steel reinforced recycled concrete short columns.In the same condition,when the replacement percentage of recycled concrete increase,the bearing capacity will decline.Based on the experiment research and theoretical analysis,calculation formula with reduction factor(0.9,0.85) agrees well with experimental results.
