摘要
本文论述了顶层设计的概念,通过对国内外电子政务建设有关顶层设计主要案例的比较分析,探索提出了对我国国土资源电子政务顶层设计的几点认识。
Through a comparative analysis of representative cases of country and at the abroad in regards to the construction of top-level e-government, this document has provided some propositions on feasibility of e-government project in term of our land and resources, while discussing the implementation of toplevel design.
