摘要
党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。随着国际、国内形势的变化发展,党的基层组织面临着许多新问题和新挑战,基层党建工作必须结合企业内外部环境变化,通过教育、宣传、引导等多种形式开展工作,才能发挥好党组织的政治核心作用、战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。
Organization at root levels of the Party is the basis of whole work and fighting power of the Party. With the change and development of the situation at both abroad and home, the organization at root levels of the Party is facing with many new problems and challenges. Party construction work at root levels must be combined with both in- ternal and external environment changes, through various forms such as education, propaganda and direction, the function of political core and fighting fort of Party organization and pioneer model of the Party member can be played out.
