摘要
1:乙醇浓度是发酵生产过程中的重要控制参数,乙醇浓度的测量精度直接影响发酵过程的控制精度和发酵产品的质量。基于气液相平衡原理建立乙醇浓度的在线测量数学模型,以ATMEGA16L单片机和TGS2620半导体气敏传感器为核心,设计了乙醇浓度在线检测仪。理论和实验证明该检测仪具有通用性好、测量准确度高、性能稳定、响应速度快等特点。
The ethanol concentration is an important control parameter in fermentation process,the accuracy of measurement of ethanol concentration has a direct influence on the control accuracy of the fermentation process and the quality of the fermented product.Basing on the principle of gas-liquid phase equilibrium,establish the on line measurement mathematical model of ethanol concentration.The AVR and TGS2620 as the core,design an on line ethanol concentration detector;Theory and experiment prove that this detector possesses some good features including good generality,high measuring accuracy,stable performance and fast response speed and so on.
