摘要
锥柱形固体火箭发动机药柱的伞盘结构在低温载荷作用下易产生裂纹,是药柱设计关注的重点部位。为了对伞盘结构进行形状优化,采用有限元软件MSC.Patran的二次开发工具PCL(Patran Command Language),编制参数化建模程序,根据输入参数自动建模计算,并输出计算结果。将整数编码遗传算法与参数化建模方法相结合,以药柱装填分数最大为优化目标,考虑药柱伞盘的结构完整性约束,实现了伞盘结构的形状优化设计。优化实例表明,基于参数化建模的药柱形状优化设计方法是可行的,设计结果可为锥柱形药柱设计提供有益参考。
The umbrella slot of conocyl SRM grain is a critical position in the grain design process as it is easy to crack under low temperature load.In order to optimize the shape of umbrella slot,parameterized modeling program was designed by PCL(Patran Command Language),the secondary development tool of MSC.Patran,by which the computing result could automatically export according to the import parameters.Integer-coded GA and parameterized modeling method were applied to the shape optimization,with the maximum loading fraction as objective function and structure integrity as constraint condition.The results show that the shape optimization method based on parameterized modeling is feasible and the conclusions are useful for conocyl grain configuration design.
