摘要
介绍了浙江大学开发的循环流化床分级转化多联产技术。该技术以现有循环流化床燃烧技术与流化床热解技术为基础,集煤的燃烧和热解工艺于一体,能同时生产蒸汽、电力、煤气及焦油。通过在实验室1MW小型热态试验装置上进行试验,成功地证实了该技术的可行性。在此基础上,进行了75t/h热电气焦油多联产装置的建设与运行,并对运行结果进行了简要介绍。最后,对循环流化床多联产技术的节能减排作用进行了简要分析。
CFB-based Polygeneration technique of coal grading conversion developed by Zhejiang University is introduced. On the basis of present circulating fluidized bed combustion and pyrolysis techniques, combustion technique of coal is integrated with its pyrolysis technique, and steam, electric power, coal gas and tar are simultaneously generated. By experiment carried on 1 MW small equipment for thermal state test, feasibility of the technique is proved, on the basis of which construction and operation of 75 t/h heat-power-gas-tar polygeneration equipment are implemented and the result of operation is briefly introduced. Finally, effect of CFB-based polygeneration technique in energy conservation and emission reduction is introduced.
