摘要
基于Ajzen的"计划行为理论",构建了"企业员工知识共享行为影响因素"的理论模型,利用AMOS7.0对来自企业的242个样本数据进行分析。得出不同影响因素对知识共享意向和知识共享行为的影响途径、影响程度和知识共享意向所扮演的"中介效应"。
Based on the Ajzen's theory of planed behavior,a theoretical model about the determinant of knowledge share behavior in Chinese Personnel is put forward.In order to examine the model,the data of 242 valid samples from the enterprises is analyzed by using of the AMOS 7.0 software.Affection path and degree of different factors affecting knowledge share intention and behavior and relay-effecting of knowledge share intention is obtained.The study will help design the mechanism for promoting knowledge share in enterprise.
