摘要
为解决学生在通识课程、主修专业和职业选择中面临的问题,从激发动机、设置跨学科课程、丰富教学设计及培养能力方面,可探明本科通识教育与个体职业生涯发展之间的关系。结合通识教育与职业生涯发展的研究和实践,最终应形成整合教学(含实践教学)过程、教育和职业辅导过程、人力资源开发与管理过程的模式及体系。
In order to solve the problems of the university students in the choice of general education curriculum, major subject, and career, the relationship between undergraduate general education and career development of individual can be clarified from the perspectives of stimulating motivation, establishing cross disciplines curriculum, enriching instructional design, and cuhivating ability. With the research and practice on general education and career development, the pattern and system have been established which integrates the teaching （including practical teaching） process with education and career counseling process, and the human resource developing and management process.
