摘要
房价问题是当前关系着民生的一个热点问题。房价过高对个体的影响因人、因家庭而异。从社会学生命历程理论角度来分析,任何一个人总是生活在一定社会关系之中的,生命与生命之间是相关的,生命历程与生命历程之间是相互联系的。研究的目的就是要考察在中国处于社会转型期这个大背景下,亲代在购房时的支付能力是如何影响子代的居住状况的。
Housing price is currently a hot issues related to people＇s hvelihood. The too high housing prices exert different impacts on individuals due to personal differences and household differences.
