摘要
1例41岁女性患者,因重型再生障碍性贫血伴月经持续10余日并腹痛,给予静脉注射尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶1 U,5 min后出现过敏性休克。遂高流量面罩给氧,给予地塞米松、肾上腺素、多巴胺等对症治疗,1 h后患者症状改善。
One 41-year-old woman with severe aplastic anemia accompanied by continous menses for over 10 days and stomachache, was intravenously given haemocoagulase agkistrodon 1 U, and anaphylactic shock occurred 5 minutes later. Then the patient received the therapy of high flow mask oxygen inhalation and boosting pressure, dexamethasone, epinephrine, dopamine were given for symptomatic treatment. One hour later, her symptoms improved.
