满族传统体育珍珠球运动对大学生身体机能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以男女各20名大学生为研究对象进行12周的珍珠球锻炼,测量比较其锻炼前后的肺活量、800m(女)和1000m(男)跑、坐位体前屈、握力、反应时、体重、体脂等七项指标,结果表明:除体重指标外,男女大学生进行珍珠球锻炼后以上各指标都出现积极的变化,说明珍珠球运动能够提高大学生呼吸和心血管系统机能,提高柔韧性和肌肉力量,降低体脂肪。建议可以将珍珠球运动引入日常课堂教学内容,这样可以更好地推广和普及珍珠球运动,促进大学生身心健康发展。 20 Boys and 20 girls are chosen to practice pearl ball for 12 weeks. 7 indexes including 800re(girl), 1000m(boy), sit and reach, the power of gripping, time reaction, weight and body fat are designed to test their vital capacity before and after eaefi game. The result shows that except their weight, all other indexes are changging positively after Pearl ball game. This indicates that pearl ball game can improve the college students' respiratory and cardiovascuhr system functions, muscular flexibility and strength and reduce their body fat. Therefore, pearl ball game should be introduced as part of our daily teaching contents. By doing so, it will be better disseminated and popularized, and students' physical and mental health will be improved as well.
