摘要
小企业的信息不透明是由企业内部的信息传递方式造成的,这种传递方式又是由小企业的组织结构决定的,而且具有某种刚性。从而在解决小企业融资问题时,单方面要求小企业增加信息的透明度由于交易成本过高而缺乏可行性。基于此,从宏观层面提出缓解小企业融资难的政策建议。
This paper argues the informational opaque of small businesses mainly caused by information transfer mode.This transfer mode is determined by the organization structure of small businesses,and it has some rigidity.Therefore,because of high transaction cost,it is lack of feasibility to ask small businesses to improve informational transparency by themselves for solving financing problem.We give some macroscopical suggestions for resolving the financing problem of small businesses.
