摘要
HASTELLOY-C276(哈斯特洛依)具有优异的耐腐蚀性和耐高温性能,可耐室温下的所有浓度的盐酸与氢氟酸的腐蚀。但是该材料在焊接时会遇到不少难题,如热裂纹、气孔及接头晶间腐蚀等。本文阐述HASTELLOY-C276的焊接性能,分析了其焊接性能,从理论和实际两个方面介绍了HASTELLOY-C276的焊接技术经验。
HASTELLOY-C276,with outstanding resistant corrosive and high temperature resistant performance,can resist all corrosion of hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid of any concentration in room temperatue.But the material in welding encountered great difficulties,such as hot cracks,stomata and joints intergranular corrosion.HASTELLOY-C276 welding performance was elaborated and analyzed.From theory and practical operation,HASTELLOY-C276 welding technology experience was introduced.
