摘要
平均住院日是评价医院工作效率和效益、医疗护理工作质量和技术水平的综合指标,合理缩短平均住院日在一定程度上反映了医院医疗水平的提高。本文主要对2010年1月-2011年5月我院住院日数超长住院病人构成进行分析,探讨其对平均住院日的影响及合理降低平均住院日的相应措施,从而为提高医院的社会效益和整体经济效益提供借鉴。
Average length of stay is the composite indicator of evaluating efficiency and benefit of hospital,and quality and technical level of medical care.To a certain extent,shortening the average length of stay reflects the higher level of care.This paper analyzed the consist of inpatients with ultra-long days from January 2010 to May 2011,discussed the impact on the average length of stay and reasonable measures to reduce the average length of stay.So as to provide reference for hospital to improve the overall social and economic benefits.
