摘要
目的建立14种元素测定方法,考察氨茶碱注射液中的金属元素含量。方法氨茶碱注射液经微波消解,采用ICP-MS法测定。结果在氨茶碱注射液检出了铝、钙、硼等13种元素。结论本方法可快速、有效测定氨茶碱注射液中的14种金属含量。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of 14 elements in Aminophylline Injection.Methods Samples were digested with microwave digestion system,and was determined by ICP-MS.Results 13 metal elements including Al,Ca,B were detected.Conclusion The method developed is simple and effective.
