摘要
通过文献综述、访谈和开放式问卷调查,编制了适合中国文化背景的中学校长道德领导力量表。对92份有效问卷的探索性因素分析表明:中学校长道德领导力呈现清晰的五因素结构模型,即公平正义、人际关怀、诚信守责、德行修养和反思实践。为了进一步验证中学校长道德领导力量表的信度和效度,对376份有效问卷进行验证性因素分析,结果证实了五维结构模型的合理性,说明该量表具有较好的信度和效度。
Through literature review,interviews and open questionnaires,we prepare the middle principal's moral leadership scale in China.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA) of data from a sample of 92 valid questionnaires shows that the middle principal's moral leadership is a five-dimension mode,including justice,interpersonal,integrity code,moral cultivation and reflective practice.This study further confirms the stucture of the middle principal's moral leadership reliability and validity through confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) of data from another sample of 376 valid questionnaires.The results confirm the five-dimensional model is reasonable,and the scale has good reliability and validity.
