摘要
建设项目动态联盟合作伙伴选择是一项关键而复杂的工作,能否科学、合理地评价和选择合作伙伴,将直接关系到动态联盟合作的效果和成败。在综合考虑合作伙伴的合作素质、合作业务能力以及合作柔性化程度等因素的基础上,构建了建设项目动态联盟合作伙伴选择的评价指标体系;根据决策矩阵信息,引入熵权理论对数据进行处理,确定属性权重;建立基于熵权的投影决策模型,通过求解得出最优决策结论。算例分析结果验证了模型的可行性和实用性。
It is very critical and complex to select the partner of virtual enterprise of construction project,and whether the evaluation and selection of partners are scientific and reasonable or not will be directly related to the effectiveness and success or failure of virtual enterprise.Considering the co-operational capacity,the quality of partners and the degree of flexible cooperation,an appraisal index system of virtual enterprise of construction project was established.The entropy theory for data mining was adopted to determine attribute weights based on the decision matrix information,and an optimal decision-making conclusion was made by the model solution.Eventually,the feasibility and practicability of the model is verified by the example.
