摘要
目的:提高老年病人手术体位的安全性。方法:对我院40例老年病人手术期间体位安全问题进行总结分析,提出安全管理模式和改进措施。结果:40例病人经安全护理模式后出现因手术体位引发的相关病症的情况如下:其中因手术体位影响的主要是呼吸和循环系统,两者加起来占17.50%(7/40)。针对调查的结果提出了手术期间手术体位的安全管理,将病人的因体位损伤减少到最低。结论:合理系统的制度和护理人员细致的护理,可以减少手术期间因手术体位的原因导致病人相关并发症的发生。
Objective：To improve the safety of the operation position of elderly patients.Methods：Choosed 40 older patients during operation with the surgery position safe nursing mode analysis,aims to analysis of elderly patients during the operation safety of operation,and puts forward position of safety management mode and improving measures.Results：40 cases the safe nursing mode for surgery appears after the posture of the related disorders caused as follows：one of the influence of the main body posture is breathing and circulation system,both added up to 17.50%（7/40）.According to the results of the survey put forward during operation of the safety management,operation position of patients will be for position damage to reduce to lowest.Conclusion：Reasonable system of system and nursing staff meticulous care,can reduce during operation of the position of the causes patients related complications.
