摘要
模块组合多电平变换器(MMC)是一种新的拓扑结构,MMC的输出波形为多电平,有效降低了开关器件的物理开关频率和开关损耗;MMC所特有的模块化结构使其设计灵活,利于普及.本文分析了MMC的结构和工作原理,研究了载波移相脉宽调制技术(Carrier Phase-Shifted SP-WM,CPS-SPWM)在MMC中的应用特点,在此基础上提出了CPS-SPWM在MMC中的具体实现方法,仿真结果表明基于CPS-SPWM的MMC具有较大的传输带宽和较高的等效开关频率,有效抑制和消除了低次谐波,CPS-SPWM是一种适合于MMC的调制技术.
Modular multilevel converter (MMC) is a new topology, which can effectively reduce the hard-switching frequency and the switching losses. The strictly modular structure makes the design of MMC more flexible. The structure and operation principles of MMC were firstly analyzed. Based on the study of the characteristics of the carrier phase-shifted SPWM (CPS-SPWM), the law and realization of CPS-SPWM applying for MMC was proposed and analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that CPS-SPWM can effectively suppress the low order harmonics of MMC'under lower switching frequency and CPS-SPWM is an excellent modulation technology suitable for MMC.
