摘要
构建和谐社会,关系到巩固党执政的社会基础,关系到党能否完成肩负的历史任务,关系到党的事业的兴旺发达和国家的长治久安。它对党的执政能力建设提出了新的更高的要求,党要转变执政理念、加强制度建设、激发社会各阶层的创造活力、推进社会公平、促进党内和谐,不断提高构建和谐社会的能力。
Harmonious society＇s structure is related to consolidating social foundation of the Party＇s execution,to whether the Party can accomplish the historical duties,to the developing of the Party＇s undertaking and the long-term steadiness of our country.It puts new and higher demands of the Party＇s construction of abilities of carrying out politics,the Party must change the concept of carrying out politics,strengthen the construction of institution,inspire creating energy of every social layer,advance social justice,promote the harmony within the Party,improve the ability of constructing harmonious society constantly.
