摘要
从易被忽视的西方建筑遗产保护理论视野,分析了西方在建筑遗迹保护中不同阶段的理论流变与由此反映的建筑遗产保护中的不同阶段矛盾,从不同侧面探讨了我国建筑遗产商业化发展中存在的问题与解决方式。提出了在建筑遗迹保护性开发利用实践中,结合西方发达国家的文物保护理论与我国国情,更好地处理建筑遗产保护中文化与经济利益间的独特矛盾,促进我国建筑遗产保护事业的可持续发展。
In the latest theories of historical buildings protection,traditional definition of the protection has been added to the business development and protection part,which emphasizes the experience business and icons building.In China,however,the business protection and development of historical buildings have just been introduced and are still on the level of primitive imitation,in which event different focuses of the western theory periods are overlooked.This issue reviewed the development of the western protection theory and analyzed the practical problems in the business development of Chinese historial buildings,the strategies of dealing with the problems have been proposed.
