摘要
在当今竞技体育的竞争中,体育后备人才的培养是竞技体育的基础,是维系一个国家竞技体育高水平发展的保障。因此,后备人才的培养对于一个国家来讲具有举足轻重的作用。将论述怎么样建立竞技体育后备人才培养体制,实现竞技体育后备人才培养的可持续发展。
Competitve sports,the training of reserve talents is the base for success,and it is also guarantee for the high-level development of one country＇s competitive sports.So,the training of reserve talents plays important role.The paper discusses how to construce the reserve talents system of competitive sports,in order to promote the training of reserve talents scientifically and better.
