摘要
在分析客户关系管理课程特点的基础上,提出教学必须有效运用商业智能工具采集真实数据,研究如何展开数据的可视分析,以及将CRM理论应用于实践中的方法,从而使客户关系管理课程具体、生动。
On the basis of analyzing features of CRM course, it is proposed that BI tools should be used to collect true dada. The ways to carry out visual analysis for data and to apply CRM theory into practice are studied to make CRM courses more concrete and active.
