腺病毒载体用于基因治疗的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 基因治疗作为一种新兴的医疗手段,为人类疾病治疗开辟了一条新的途径。基因治疗最关键的问题之一是要选择合适的载体以使治疗基因安全、高效地导入靶细胞。腺病毒(adenovirus,Ad)因具有诸多优点而作为基因治疗中应用最广泛的运载工具,特别是用于肿瘤基因治疗,然而其缺点在一定程度上限制了作为载体的应用。
