摘要
近年来,VMI被越来越多的企业采用,它使企业效率和效益得到提高,因此,VMI便成为了企业库存控制的重点。文中分析了VMI环境下整合补货发货策略,并考虑产品变质率服从威布尔分布因素,以总成本最低建立了需求服从Possion分布的整合补货发货模型,确定了补货周期和最佳库存水平,并分析各个参变量对模型总成本的影响。
Recently,more and more enterprises use Vendor Management Inventory(VMI),it makes the efficiency and benefit of the enterprises increase,therefore VMI becomes the key of the inventory contorl.This paper analyses the strategy of Integration replenishment delivery,and considers the product metamorphic rate follows Weibull process,eatablishes model to the demand process follows a typical Possion process and make the total costs minimum,determines replenishment cycle and the best inventory level,and analyses the influnce of every parameter to the cost of model.
