摘要
阐明了针织物染整工艺设计与管理的重要性,并从针织物染整工艺设计、现场技术管理和染化料管理三方面入手,分析了各方面的影响因素及规范要求,包括制定企业的染整质量标准,完善客户的染整加工订单,设计染整工艺书,选择合适的染料、助剂和设备,进行中小样、复小样和头缸样实验,加强生产过程控制,并强化染化料的质量存储和准确称量。这样才能够实现一次性准确生产、经济效益最大化。
This paper introduces the importance of design and management of dyeing and finishing technology of knitted fabrics.In terms of design of dyeing and finishing technology,on-site technological management and dyes and chemicals management,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and standards including setting up dyeing and finishing quality standard,improving the dyeing and finishing processing orders from customers,designing dyeing and finishing technological instruction,selecting appropriate dyes,auxiliaries and equipments to prepare sub-sample,duplicate sample and first bath sample,and strengthening production process control,dyes storage and exact weighing.In this way,the one-time successful production can be guaranteed,and the economic profit can be achieved to the most degree.
