摘要
阐述了铂金纤维性能特点、作用机理及其功能性,并给出了选用铂金黏胶纤维、棉(30∶70)混纺纱和氨纶作为原料,在单面大圆机上开发铂金纤维针织面料的工艺。重点对该铂金纤维针织面料的染整工艺进行了探讨,确定选用C-MS2000氧漂助剂、HE型活性染料和HK-J218固色碱等染化料。通过对铂金纤维针织面料的性能进行测试分析,得出该面料各项性能指标均达到相关标准要求,适合开发抗血栓、抗菌功能性针织产品。
This paper introduces the property characteristics,working principle and functions of platinum fiber,and presents the knitting technology of platinum fiber knitted fabric on the large diameter single circular weft knitting machine by using the raw materials of platinum viscose/cotton blended yarn(30:70) and polyurethane yarn.Furthermore,this paper discusses the dyeing and finishing technology of the platinum fiber knitted fabric,and determines to select C-MS2000 as oxygen bleaching agent,HE Type reactive dye for dyeing and HK-J218 as fixing base.According to the property testing results of platinum fiber knitted fabric,it is found that all the parameters meet the requirements of related standards,and the developed fabric is suitable to be applied as anti-thrombotic and anti-bacteria products.
