摘要
随着信息技术的进步和互联网的普及,我国网上银行业务得以快速发展。在充分肯定网银业务优越性的同时,也应该看到,由于我国网银业务还处于发展阶段,运行中出现了诸多的问题,甚至损害了客户的利益,以致客户与银行之间出现了不少的纠纷,一定程度上影响到了社会公众的认可度,制约了网银业务的健康发展。该文主要是从研究和解决这些纠纷入手,提出要加强对网银业务各参与方的正确引导,进一步规范业务行为,改善网银业务发展环境,防范市场风险,化解各方矛盾纠纷,提高网银业务的整体应用水平。
With the development of information technology and popularization of internet, the banking service business in China has been developing quickly. While confirming the superiority of interact banking service, we should also see that because the intemet banking service in China is still at the growing stage, there exists a lot of problems, even harming the benefits of customers, resulting lots of disputes between customers and hanks, and which influence the recognition of social public and restrains the healthy development of internet banking service. This paper studies and tries to solve these disputes, and proposes to strengthen the corrective guidance to intemet banking service, regulate the business conducts, and enhance the whole application of interact banking service.
