摘要
使用真空电弧炉熔炼合成了添加x%Y2O3(x=0.05,0.08,0.1,x为质量分数)的碳锰钢,利用电化学阻抗频谱(EIS)、金相显微镜研究了添加Y2O3的碳锰钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,氧化钇能提高碳锰钢的耐蚀性能,添加氧化钇所引起的钢中夹杂物形态变化和阻断晶界网状结构是导致耐蚀性变化的主要原因。
The carbon manganese steel with x%Y2O3(x=0.05,0.08,0.1) was smelt via vacuum arc furnace.The corrosion processes of the steel in 3.5%NaCl solution were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and metallomicroscope.The results show that Y2O3 can improve the corrosion resistance of the carbon manganese steel.Furthermore,the shape type change of the inclusion in steel and the cutting off net structure in grain boundary due to existence of Y2O3 are responsible for the effect on corrosion resistance of the steel.
