吸光光度法测定钕时显色剂偶氮氯膦Ⅲ的稳定性研究

Study of Stability of Chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ as a Chromogenic Reagent for Determination of Nd by Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用跟踪法,每2天绘制一条标准曲线,持续62天,考查了吸光光度法测定钕时显色剂CPAⅢ的稳定性。结果表明,其标准曲线斜率k在研究时间内稳定,脉动强度<3%。因此,若分析精度要求不高,则k=0.4345;若分析精度要求高,则显色剂使用时间≤30天,k=0.4260。 Stability of chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ as a chromogenic reagent for determination of Nd by spectrophotometry was studied by tracking the change of the absorbency and the slope of the standard curve every two days during 62 days.Results indicate the standard curve is stable basicaly because fluctuation intensity is LT 3%.So if precision requirement of measurement is lower,k is 0.4345.Otherwise duration of the chromogenic reagent is LE 30 days,and k is 0.4260.
